Syed Mansor bin Syed Kassim Barakbah was born on 30 November 1934 in Dulang, Yan, Kedah Darul Aman. After finishing primary and secondary education in Alor Setar, he was enrolled to the University of Malaya in Singapore on a Kedah State Scholarship in 1957 and graduated early in 1960 with Bachelor of Arts degree. Jeffrey Low Han Chau was born on 30th November 1954 in Taiping, Perak Darul Ridzuan. After primary and secondary education he continued diploma in architectural drafting in a local college. Upon completion he started working as a general construction contractor.

Low Pack Guat was born on 1st March 1957 in Taiping, Perak Darul Ridzuan. Upon completing all her studies she was attached with a development company for the past 10 years as an Administrative Manager handling all dealings concerning sales and marketing. She also sits on the Board of Director of UIS Land Sdn. Bhd.and UIS Development Sdn. Bhd. In the year 2012 she was awarded Bintang Kebaktian Masyarakat (B.K.M.), by Yang Teramat Mulia Dato’ Seri Utama Tan Sri Tunku Annuar, Tunku Bendahara Kedah (Pengerusi Jemaah Pemangku Sultan Kedah).
Law Han Chong was born on 24th September 1948 in Taiping, Perak Darul Ridzuan. He is a registered class A contractor in JKR. As a property developer he completed 2000 units of houses at Taman Kaya, Taiping, Perak. Constructed major projects such as Penang bridge toll houses, 3 blocks of administrative buildings, Kajang prison wall, Kuantan port 8 stories office blocks, schools, road and many more.

After her secondary education at Sekolah Menegah Kebangsaan Convent, she furthered her studies at Sunway University for a foundation in science and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) degree at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
